The Trager® Approach

Details: The session will include an understanding and experiencing of the principles of the Trager Approach giving you a taste of comfort and well being. The Trager® Approach is a unique, pleasurable way of learning self awareness and relaxation through ease of movement and gentle, nurturing touch. The result is a freeing up of limiting restrictions, postural habits and holding patterns thus creating a sense of ‘agelessness’, ease and flexibility with a peacefulness in mind and body.
